Invitees will be able to register as below:

  • For Early Career Researchers and interested academics there is a pre-meeting Early Career Workshop on Mon 12th January in the afternoon.
  • As part of the above session we are also hosting a Speed Mentoring session which will include early career researchers and established career professionals, to share experience, knowledge and build our community.
  • For all RSO community members, the main conference will be held on Tuesday 13th January and Wednesday 14th January.

The main conference agenda will be made available to all attendees.

Please note, in a change from past years, all delegates should make their own accommodation arrangements at their own expense; please see below for suggestions on accommodation made by NWS and the RSO.

There will be no charge to attend the conference for RSO invited community members.

Taking into account previous year’s feedback, we have extended the poster session into the early evening on Tuesday 13th January.

Again, in a change from previous years, there will be no organised formal meal at this event – delegates are free to make their own arrangements and meet up with colleagues at the wide range of eateries in Manchester.
